Project Management Instructional Design
In this course, I learned how project management methods apply to instructional design work. We reviewed different articles on Scrum, Agile, and other flexible project approaches, and I explored how these methods help organize teams, manage timelines, and keep projects moving. The class ended with a final project where I applied Agile principles to design an art and design program. This gave me hands on experience using sprints, feedback cycles, and iterative development in an instructional design setting.
