"Designing learner-centered training solutions that align instructional strategy with real-world performance outcomes."
I'm Chelsea Paige Mann, an Instructional Designer and Learning Experience Designer with a Master of Science in Instructional Design & Technology from Trevecca Nazarene University (GPA: 3.9) and over 5 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, and multimedia development.
I am passionate about the intersection of problem solving, creativity, and pedagogy. My journey began with a love for visual communication, where I found joy in using my creativity to solve design problems and communicate messages effectively. In my senior year of undergrad, I was given an opportunity to mentor young aspiring graphic designers and educate them about design principles. This experience helped me discover that my true passion lies in educating and empowering others.
I specialize in designing learner-centered training solutions that align instructional strategy with real-world performance outcomes. My background in graphic design gives me a unique edge — I bring both the science of learning and the craft of visual communication to every project I take on.
I'm skilled in applying ADDIE methodology, creating interactive learning materials, and conducting formative and summative evaluations to enhance engagement and retention. Whether it's an eLearning module, an instructional graphic, or a full course curriculum, I build experiences that make learning stick.
